Rami Ali Al-Naimi | Chairman
Rami Al-Naimi is the founder and majority shareholder of Summit Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Summit”). Mr. Naimi is also a founder of, and active principal in several of the Selected Group companies. In these capacities, Mr. Naimi oversees and directs the development of all proposed joint ventures and partnerships generated by Summit Technologies and its affiliates, both with KSA and throughout the Gulf region. From his offices in KSA and Dubai, Mr. Naimi is continuously involved, directly or indirectly, in the subsequent operation of each approved joint venture and partnership. He has extensive international investment experience and holdings allied with a strong personal interest in the management and development of each of his group of companies.
Mr. Naimi is a graduate of Schreiner College in Kerrville, Texas and prior to becoming involved with Summit Technologies was employed by Saudi Aramco in various capacities.
Gary M. Gray | Strategic Advisor
Mr. Gray is a founder of, and/or an active principal in, several of the Selected Group companies. In these capacities, Mr. Gray provides a variety of strategic advisory services to Summit Technologies and its affiliates. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and currently resides in Dubai.
Gregory M. Gray | Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gray is responsible for running Summit. Mr Gray coordinates with Summit’s Shareholders and Directors in the development and planning of market penetration strategies for the partner enterprises it represents through agency or joint venture relationships. All agency and representation agreements require Mr. Gray’s input and final approval. He has extensive business experience and has served as director of various enterprises, and as an investor in diverse enterprises. Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
David Lauer | Vice President Finance & Administration
Mr. Lauer is responsible for Summit’s financial reporting, analysis and budgeting as well as overseeing administrative functions for Summit and joint venture entities. David also maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of key areas of business demand for Summit’s clients. Prior to joining the Summit team, Mr. Lauer spent over 5 years with the Charles Schwab Co. providing clients with research and advice on the energy/oil industry and its related commodity-products. David holds an MBA in finance from La Sierra University in Riverside, California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska.
